摘 要: 锆金属具有稳定的理化性质,被广泛应用于工业生产中。人类曾经认为锆低毒甚至无毒,随着工业应用的增多,其毒性逐渐被人们所重视。目前发现锆具有细胞毒性,可引起免疫功能紊乱,主要靶器官是皮肤和肺,病理改变主要为过敏性肉芽肿,可能导致肺纤维化。本文从动物实验和人群研究方面对锆及其化合物的毒性作一综述,并探讨其致病机制。 |

General situation of toxicity study on zirconium and its compounds |

Abstract: Zirconium,a metal with good physical and chemical properties,is widely used in industrial production and once considered low toxic,even nontoxic. Along with the increase in industrial application,its toxicity gradually attracted more and more attention. People now find it is found that zirconium not only has cytotoxicity,but also can cause immune dysfunctions,the main target organ are skin and lung,the main pathological changes are allergic granuloma,additionally,it may induce pulmonary fibrosis. In this paper,the toxicity of zirconium and its compounds will be briefly summarized from the both in animal experiments and clinical studies,meanwhile its pathogenesis is discussed as well. |
