摘 要: 目的 调查辽宁省一般人群尿中2,5-己二酮水平,分析其人群分布特点。方法 将辽宁省划分为东、中、西部地区,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2009-2010 年从东、中、西部三个地区抽取1373名对象进行问卷调查,并采集尿液样品,采用气相色谱-离子阱二级质谱法对尿中2,5-己二酮的含量进行检测,统计分析一般人群 尿中2,5-己二酮的分布水平。结果 辽宁省一般人群尿中2,5-己二酮几何均数为0.18 µg/L, 男性和女性尿中2,5-己二酮几何均数分别为0.19 µg/L、0.18 µg/L(Z=-2.87,P<0.01)。结论 辽宁省一般人群尿中2,5-己二酮水平存在性别及地区差异。 |

Abstract: Objective To survey the 2,5-hexanedione levels in urine of general population in Liaoning Province, and analyze their prevalent distribution features. Methods 1373 healthy persons were recruited from 3 cities located at eastern, central and western regions in Liaoning Province, respectively from 2009 to2010.The general information were investigated by questionnaire and urine samples were collected at the same time. The 2,5-hexanedione levels of urine samples were detected by gas chromatography-ion trap tandem mass spectrometry( GC-IT-MS /MS) , and the2,5-hexanedionedistribution in urine among groups of population were analyzed by statistics method. ResuIts It is showed that the geometric mean (GM) of 2,5-hexanedi- one concentration in urine among the general population of Liaoning Province was 0.18 µg/L. The 2,5-hexanedione concentration in urine among males and females were 0.19 µg/Land 0.18 µg/L( Z=-2.87, P<0.01) , respectively. Conclusion The result suggested that there are gender and regional differences of 2,5-hexanedione level in urine of the general population in Liaoning Province. |
