摘 要: 苯是确认的致癌物,持续苯暴露可引起血液系统肿瘤。流行病学研究已经证实职业苯暴露人群急性髓系白血病的高发病率。近年,苯诱导的急性白血病动物模型的建立促进了苯致白血病机制的深入研究,本文对苯皮下注射及吸入染毒两种方法诱导白血病动物模型的建立进行了综述。 |

Abstract: Benzene may eventually lead to hematopoietic neoplasms. In human with occupational exposure to benzene, acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are frequently observed in epidemiological studies. In recent years, animal models of benzene⁃induced acute leukemia have helped to strengthen our understanding of the mechanism of benzene⁃induced AML. In this review, benzene⁃induced acute leukemia are summarized in two parts: (1) The animal models developed by dermal administration of benzene. (2) Models developed by using airborne ex⁃posure technique. |
