摘 要: 甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)是一种重要的基础化工材料,亦对人体健康具有多种不良影响,其中最主要的是可引起职业性哮喘。本文从T细胞分化、炎性细胞因子表达、氧化应激、炎性信号通路、表观遗传调控等方面对TDI致职业性哮喘的发病机制做一综述。 |

Abstract: Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) is an important basic chemical material, has a variety of adverse impact on human body, one of the main bad effects is inducing occupational asthma. This article will give a brief review from T cell differentiation, inflammatory cytokines expression, oxidative stress, inflammatory signal pathway, epigenetic regulation, etc. on the pathogenesis of occupational asthma by TDI. |
