摘 要: 探讨职业暴露6-氨基青霉烷酸(6-aminopenicillanic acid, 6-APA)、7-氨基头孢霉烷酸(7-aminocephalosporanic acid, 7-ACA)工人血清骨膜蛋白、IgE的表达水平及意义。方法 选择90名接触7-ACA、6-APA粉尘哮喘或过敏性鼻炎患者为病例组,117名接触7-ACA、6-APA粉尘无哮喘或鼻炎工人为接尘组,192名不接触粉尘健康体检者作为对照组。用ELISA法测定血清骨膜蛋白和IgE水平,比较3组测定结果。结果 病例组、接尘组血清骨膜蛋白、IgE水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),而病例组与接尘组血清骨膜蛋白、IgE水平差异无统计学 (P>0.05);与低浓度接尘工人相比,高浓度接尘工人血清骨膜蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.05),IgE水平升高不明显(P>0.05);不同接尘工龄工人血清骨膜蛋白、IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清骨膜蛋白与IgE之间均呈明显正相关关系(P<0.001)。结论 职业暴露7-ACA、6-APA可导致血清骨膜蛋白、IgE表达水平升高,且血清骨
膜蛋白水平升高与接尘浓度有关,有潜力成为7-ACA或6-APA所致职业性哮喘相关的生物标志物。 |

Abstract: Objective To explore the expression levels and the significances of serum periostin and IgE in workers exposed to 6-APA,7-ACA. Methods 90 patients with asthma or rhinitis who also exposed to 7-ACA or 6-APA dusts were enrolled as observation group 7-ACA or 6-APA dusts exposed workers without asthma or rhinitis were chosen as dust-exposed group of dust exposed, and 192 workers without dust exposure and allergic illness were chosen as control group.The expression levels of Periostin and IgE in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the results of three groups were compared and analyzed by statistical methods. Results The results showed that the serum levels of periostin and IgE observation group and dust- exposed group were all significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in serum levels of periostin and IgE between observation group and dust-exposed group (P>0.05). In dust-exposed group, the serum periostin level of the workers with higher concentration exposure was significantly higher than that of the workers with lower concentration exposure (P<0.05 ), there was no significant difference between them in serum IgE level (P>0.05). Additionally, there was no statistically difference in serum levels of periostin and IgE among workers with different dust lengths of service (P>0.05), while there was obviously positive correlation between serum periostin level and IgE level (P<0.001). Conclusion The results suggested that occupational exposure to 7-ACA, 6-APA can induce the rise of serum levels of Periostin and IgE, meanwhile, the rise of serum periostin level shows some positive correlation with dust concentration, thereby which may be a potential biomarker for the occupational asthma caused by 7-ACA or 6-APA. |
