摘 要: 摘要:医务人员的职业环境具有高科技、高风险、高负荷、高压力的“四高”特点。护理工作人员的工作性质决定其工作的内容围绕病人展开的,繁重的工作负担与不良的工作环境更易对其身心健康造成伤害。本文对造成护理工作人员职业紧张的主要应激源、应激评估方法及其干预措施进行综述,为提高护理工作人员职业紧张应对能力,改善职业紧张特征和心理症状提供一些线索。 |

Abstract: Abstract:The occupational environment of medical personnels has“Four Highs”fea- ture,namely“high technology”,“high risk”,“high load”and“high pressure”.The work essence of nursing staffs decided that their daily work was carring out aroud thepatients,thus,over-load work and undesirable work environment would be more likely to cause harm to their physical and mental health.This paper will give a brief review on the main stressor,its assessment methods and interventions measures,provide some- clues to improve the response capacity of the nursing staffs on occupational stress, thereby relieve their occupational stress and psychological symptoms. |
