| 摘 要: 本文从妊娠早期、妊娠经过、妊娠结局等几个方面系统阐述噪声对女性妊娠的影响及其机制，为防治噪声对女性生殖机能的损害提供依据。噪声对妊娠早期的危害以自然流产、胚胎停止发育为主，对妊娠中晚期的影响则以妊娠高血压、胎儿发育迟缓、低出生体重儿为主要表现。噪声与其他职业危害因素联合作用使不良妊娠结局发生率明显增加。故应采取积极有效的防噪降噪措施，降低噪声等职业危害因素对妊娠安全及子代健康的影响。 |

| Abstract: To study the influence of noise on female pregnancy in the period of early pregnancy, pregnancy course, pregnancy outcome, and to provide the basis for preventing female reproductive function from noise damage. The harm of noise was mainly about spontaneous abortion, embryonic death in early pregnancy, gestational hypertension, intrauterine growth restriction, low birth weight infant in medium and late pregnancy. Noise and some other occupational risk factors significantly increased adverse pregnancy outcome. Therefore, active and effective noise prevention and reduction measures should be taken to reduced impact of safety of pregnancy and filial generation. |
