摘 要: 目的 建立煤矿噪声风险评价指标体系, 探索模糊层次分析法(F-AHP) 评价生产性噪声危害分级的实际应用。方法 将传统的层次分析法与模糊数学理论结合, 运用层次分析法计算各评价指标的权重, 通过模糊综合评判计算出煤矿噪声的风险分值,参照评语集得出该煤矿噪声的风险等级。结果 建立的煤矿噪声风险评价指标体系包括6项一级指标和24项二级指标,以某煤矿为实例评估得该煤矿的噪声风险等级为三级(具有一定风险), 与实际情况一致。结论 运用模糊层次分析法评估煤矿噪声风险等级是可行、有效的, 具有实际应用意义。 |

Abstract: Objective To establish the risk quantitative evaluation system of noise risk in coal mine and explore the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (F-AHP) in evaluate and classification of productive noise. Methods The traditional analytic hierarchy process was combined with fuzzy theory, then the analytic hierarchy process was used for calculating the weights of evaluation indicators, the risk score of coal mine noise was determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, thereby obtain the risk level of coal mine noise according to the commentary sets. Results The results showed that the risk quantitative evaluation system newly established including 6 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators, the noise risk level of a coal mine tested as an example was three level (with certain risk) that consistent with actual situation. Conclusion The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process applied in assessing the risk level of coal mine noise was feasible and effective, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process applied in evaluating and classificating of productive noise has practical significance. |
