摘 要: 目的 建立作业场所职业病危害因素检测数据库,实现数据化和信息化管理。方法 以某电子企业生产车间为研究对象开展现场调查。采用Microsoft Access 2013 数据库软件建立作业场所职业病危害因素调查与检测数据库。依据GBZ2.1—2007、GBZ2.2—2007、GBZ160—2004、GBZ 159—2004等职业病危害因素检测的标准规范进行数据库编程,进行调查数据的查询、检测结果的自动计算等,生成职业病危害因素检测方案。采用Microsoft Excel 2013软件数据透视表进行数据的导出、汇总、报表。结果 通过Access 2013数据库实现了便捷的调查数据录入界面,数据之间的联动,自动生成检测方案,检测结果的自动计算。通过Excel 2013的数据透视表实现了检测方案、检测结果等数据的自动汇总报表,可以直接导入到评价报告或检测报告等Word文档中。结论 采用数据库可以使作业场所职业病危害因素调查及检测数据更加规范、统一。数据的录入、修改和分析更加便捷、高效,尚需在程序的流程、界面的便捷方面进一步优化,不断补充和完善系统的功能。 |

Abstract: Objective The aim of this research was to establish a database of occupational hazards in workplace investigation and monitoring in workplace,thereby realize the digital and Informatization management. Methods Microsoft Access 2013 software was used for establishing database of occupational hazard investigation and monitoring in workplace. Pivot Table of Microsoft Excel 2013 software was used for data export and report. Result The convenient and kind interface of data entryed was realized,data could be linked with each other. And the detection results could be calculated and summarized automatically. Conclusion The database might make the investigation and monitoring data more standard and unified,the input,modification and analysis of data more convenient and efficient. But the procedure flow and interface convenience still need further optimized for continuously improving the functions of the system. |
