摘 要: 目的 检验美国工效学基本因素检查表(BRIEF)中文版在我国汽车制造行业工人中的信度和效度。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取重庆市某大型汽车制造企业生产流水线上146人为调查对象。选用内部一致性、折半信度系数、组内相关系数(ICC)、因子分析、各维度得分与总分的相关性等对 BRIEF进行信效度分析。结果 信度:BRIEF总Cronbach'sα系数0.947,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数0.690〜0.877;折半信度0.685;重测信度检验中各维度ICC均>0.8。效度:主因子分析原则提出4个公因子,累计方差贡献率达76.76%,反映肩、手腕、肘和腿、背、颈部的工效学危害因素权重;区分效度中,左右手腕、肘、肩以及颈、背、腿与总问卷得分的相关系数0.245〜0.770,各维度间的相关系数0.034〜0.768,其中双上肢和颈、背、腿的相关系数均<0.4,除肘部和腿部外其他各个维度与总问卷的相关系数均>0.4。结论 BRIEF中文版具有较好的信度和效度,适用于我国汽车制造行业工人不良工效学因素识别的量化评估,但仍需结合行业特点考虑汽车制造业中存在的特殊因素。 |

Abstract: Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of American baseline risk identification of ergonomic factors(BRIEF)in workes of a domestic automobile factory.Methods Cluster sampling method was used for selecting of 146 workers as study subjects from the production line of a large automobile manfacturing factory in Chongqing city,meanwhile,he internal consistency,half reliability coeffcient,intra-group correlation coeffcient(ICC),factor analysis,corelation betwen each dimension scores and total scores were used as well to analyze the reliability and validity of BRIEF.Results The resuls showed that the total Cronbach'sα coeffcient of BRIEF was 0.947,Cronbach'sα coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.690to0.877,half reliability was 0.685,ICC of each dimension in reliability retest all were greater than 0.8.According to the principle of principal factor analysis,there were four common factors proposed,the cumulative variancecontribution rate reached 76.76%,reflecing the weight of ergonomic hazards of shoulder,wrist,elbow,leg,back and neck; among the discriminant validities,the correlation coefficient between left and right wrist,elbows,shoulder,legs,and neck,back with the total score of questionnaire were 0.245—0.770,and the correlation among each dimension were 0.034—0.768,the correlation coeficients of upper limbs,neck,back andleg were al less than 0.4 and the corelation coeffciens of other dimensions with the total questionnaire were all greater than 0.4 except elbow andleg.Conclusion The resuls sugested that the Chinese version BRIEF has a god reliability and validity,which shouldbe suitable for the quantiative evaluation on th identification of adverse ergonomic factors in the automobile manfacturing industry in China,However,it is sill neceary to consider the special factors existed in the atomobile manufacturing industry. |
