噪声性听力损失易感基因多态性的研究进展

摘 要: 近年来,大量研究致力于鉴定可能与噪声性听力损失(noise-induced hearing loss,NIHL)易感性相关的候选基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)的探讨,但尚未见对该领域研究成果的归纳总结。通过全面系统的检索,本文汇总了与NIHL相关的SNPs,并对NIHL易感基因多态性的研究现状进行综述,以期为该领域的研究方向提供科学的指导。

Research progress on polymorphisms of susceptible gene in noise-induced hearing loss

Abstract: In recent years,a large number of studies have focused on identifying the issue that single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of genes possibly associated with susceptibility to noise induced hearing loss(NIHL), however,no summary of the research results in this field has been found yet. This study summarized the SNPs related to NIHL by comprehensive and systematic search,and made a brief review on the current status of susceptibility gene polymorphism to NIHL,thereby provide a scientific guidance for the research direction in this field.
