摘 要: 颅脑损伤是爆炸冲击所致的神经系统疾病之一,受冲击波所致的脑外伤、神经退行性疾病每年都会造成大量人员伤亡,并极大地降低患者的生存质量。胶质纤维酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP)属于中间丝蛋白,是构成细胞骨架的重要成分,在神经系统的构建中发挥着重要作用,其用作神经系统疾病重要生物标志物的意义也得到越来越多的认同。本文拟就GFAP在爆炸冲击所致神经系统疾病中潜在标志物的作用进行简要综述。 |

Abstract: Craniocerebral injury is one of the nervous system diseases,the explosion impact induced brain trauma and neu-rodegenerative diseases caused a large number of casualities every year,and greatly reduces the quality of life of patients as well. Glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)belongs to the intermediate filament protein,which is an important component of cytoskeleton and plays an important role in the construction of nervous system,and its significance of GFAP as an important biomarker of nervous system diseases has been more and more recognized. This article will make a brief review on the role of GFAP as a potential markers of nervous system diseases caused by explosive shock. |
