摘 要: 化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)技术借助免疫标记技术将化学发光测定与免疫反应结合,可进行毒物定量检测分析,具备灵敏度高、线性范围宽、操作简便等优点。该技术已在临床检验、农药残留及生物毒素检测、药物分析等领域广泛应用。本文特对CLIA技术的应用进展进行综述,并对其在急性中毒临床毒物检测中的应用前景进行展望。 |

Abstract: Chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)combine chemiluminescence assay with immune reaction by means of immunolabeling technology,which can quantitatively detect the toxins with a few advantages such as high sensitivity,wide linear range and simple operation,etc. which has already been widely used in clinical examination,pesticide residue detection,biotoxin detection,drug analysis,etc. This article gives a brief review on the application progress of CLIA,and the application prospects in the clinical toxicant detection of acute poisoning are also discussed. |
