摘 要: 目的 应用推拉作业危险评估工具对仓库推拉作业人员工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)危险进行评估。方法 采用英国推拉作业危险评估(RAPP)和德国关键指数法-推拉作业(KIM-PP)工具对4家仓库从事推拉作业人员的工效学危险因素进行系统识别,对可能的WMSDs危险等级进行判定。结果 RAPP和KIM-PP对4家仓库推拉作业人员WMSDs危险评估结果具有一致性,均为A仓库最低、D仓库最高。应用RAPP对危险因素进行等级判定,A仓库各因素均为低危险,其余3家仓库的中、高危险因素占33.3%~44.4%;针对中、高危险因素进行干预,总危险值降低61.5%~66.7%。应用KIM-PP针对任务整体进行危险等级判定,A和B仓库为1级、C仓库为2级、D仓库为3级;针对不良危险因素进行干预,总危险值降低28.6%~42.9%,但危险等级未发生变化。结论 RAPP和KIM-PP评估工具均能有效运用于仓库推拉作业危险评估,各具优缺点,应在使用时予以综合考虑。 |

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the risk of works-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)in warehouse workers with push-pull operation using the assessment tools for push-pull operation. Methods The ergonomic risk factors during the push-pull workers of the warehouses from four companies were analyzed using the risk assessment of pushing and pulling(RAPP)tool of UK and the key indicator method for assessing and designing physical workloads with respect to manual pushing and pulling of loads(KIM-PP)of Germany. Results The results showed that RAPP and KIM-PP had consistent results in the risk assessment of four warehouses workers with push-pull operation, both of them believed that warehouse A had the lowest risk,the warehouse D had the highest risk. The grade of risk factors was determined by RAPP. All factors in warehouse A were low risk,and the medium and high risk factors in the other three warehouses accounted for 33.3% to 44.4%;the total risk value can be reduced by 61.5%~66.7% by intervention for medium and high risk factors. The results showed that the warehouses A and B were level 1,warehouse C was level 2,and warehouse D was level 3 if the whole risk assessment used by KIM-PP;after intervention for adverse risk factors,the total risk value can be reduced by 28.6%~42.9%,but the risk category did not change. Conclusion The results suggested that RAPP and KIM-PP assessment tools can be effectively used in risk assessment of warehouse push-pull operations,but each has its advantages and disadvantages,which should be comprehensively considered when used. |
