摘 要: 弹药爆炸后产生的冲击波常可诱发爆炸创伤性脑损伤(blast-induced traumatic brain injury,bTBI),是战争期间导致士兵残疾和死亡的主要原因。由于爆炸冲击波在各种介质中传播速度不同,以及脑组织的异质性,使bTBI不同于一般创伤性脑损伤,伤情更为复杂、独特。检测和追踪中枢神经系统相关生物标志物有助于识别bTBI的病理过程、评估损伤严重程度、监测疾病进展,具有重要价值。本文概述了bTBI有关神经标志物的研究进展,为临床实践提供参考依据。 |

Abstract: The explosive shock waves may often induce traumatic brain injury(bTBI),which is the main cause of disability and death of the soldiers during the war. Due to the different propagation speeds of shock waves in various media and the heterogeneity of brain tissue,bTBI is different from general traumatic brain injury,is more complex and unique. Therefore,the detection and tracking the biomarkers related to central nervous system-related should be helpful to identify the pathological process of bTBI,assess the severity of injury,and monitor the progress of disease. This paper summarizes the research progress of bTBI related nerve markers,thereby provide reference for clinical practice. |
