摘 要: 目的 探讨邢台市第三医院护士主观幸福感与职业倦怠、正念思想的相关性。方法 2019年1月至2020年1月,采用方便抽样法选取我院172名临床护士为研究对象。分别采用《正念量表》《职业倦怠量表》《主观幸福感量表》调查护士正念思想、职业倦怠和主观幸福感。多层线性回归分析临床护士幸福感的影响因素,Boopstrap法构建正念、职业怠倦及主观幸福感的结构方程模型,分析正念思想在职业怠倦及主观幸福感的中介作用。结果 172名护士正念思想得分为(64.28±10.38)分,职业倦怠情感耗竭、去人格化和个人成就感得分分别为(28.33±5.32)、(8.28±2.39)、(34.84±5.38)分,职业倦怠得分为(60.29±6.08)分;主观幸福感得分为(70.21±6.29)分;临床科护士正念思想、个人成就感与主观幸福感得分呈正相关[相关系数(r)分别为0.336、0.176,P<0.05];情感耗竭、去人格化、职业倦怠得分与主观幸福感得分呈负相关(r 值分别为–0.379、–0.417、–0.323,P<0.05)。正念思想在职业倦怠与主观幸福感之间的中介作用为–0.176,占总效应的42.31%。结论 护龄、文化程度、月收入、职业倦怠和正念思想是河北省邢台市第三医院临床护士主观幸福感的影响因素,正念思想在职业倦怠和主观幸福感之间发挥中介调节作用。 |

Correlation analysis of mindfulness, job burnout and subjective well-being of clinical nurses in The Third Hospital of Xingtai City |

Abstract: Objective To explore the influencing factors of subjective well-being of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology in Tangshan City, and to analyze its correlation with job burnout and mindfulness thoughts. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 172 nurses from obstetrics and gynecology departments of 6 first-class hospitals in Tangshan were selected by convenient sampling method. General data of nurses were collected and the mindfulness scale, job burnout scale and subjective well-being scale were respectively used to investigate and evaluate the mindfulness, job burnout and subjective well-being of nurses. Multi-layer linear regression analysis of the influencing factors of clinical nurses" happiness, Boopstrap method to construct the structural equation model of mindfulness, occupational boredom and subjective well-being, and analyze the mediating effect of mindfulness on occupational boredom and subjective well-being.Results The score of the mindfulness dimension of 172 nurses was (64.3±10.4).The scores of emotional exhaustion , depersonalization and personal sense of achievement were (28.3±5.3), (8.3±2.4) and (34.8±5.4), respectively, and the total score of burnout was (60.3±6.1).The score of subjective well-being dimension was (70.2±6.3).There was a positive correlation between mindfulness, personal achievement and subjective well-being scores of obstetrics and gynecology nurses [r=0.336, 0.176, P<0.05]. Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and job burnout were negatively correlated with subjective well-being[r=-0.379,-0.417, -0.323, P<0.05].The mediating effect of mindfulness on job burnout and subjective well-being was 0.176, accounting for 42.31% of the total effectConclusion Length of service, education, monthly income, job burnout and mindfulness are the influencing factors of subjective well-being of clinical nurses in The Third Hospital of Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Mindfulness plays a mediating role between job burnout and subjective well-being. |
