| 摘 要: 摘要：目的 观察我院静脉配置中心（PIVAS）规范化管理后配药师细胞毒性药物配置职业防护知识储备及防护意识现状。方法 比较肿瘤内科与PIVAS内进行细胞毒性药物配置工作的配药师的职业防护知识储备与防护意识。结果 PIVAS组配药师的知识储备评分及防护意识评分高于对照组，且不同年龄、工龄、学历PIVAS配药师间知识储备与防护意识存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论 PIVAS内配药师的细胞毒性药物知识储备及防护意识优于肿瘤内科，规范化管理取得一定成效。

| Investigation on current status of occupational protection against cytotoxic drugs in PIVAS and protection analysis |

| Abstract: Objective To explore the current situation of occupational protection against cytotoxic drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) and protection measures. Methods The standardized management of PIVAS was implemented in the hospital from 2019 on. Forty dispensers who underwent cytotoxic drugs preparation operations in oncology department of the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled as control group, while another 37 dispensers who underwent cytotoxic drugs preparation operations in PIVAS from August 2019 to August 2020 were enrolled as PIVAS group. The current status of occupational protection against cytotoxic drugs was analyzed. Results The knowledge reserve scores in terms of the classification of cytotoxic drugs, action mechanism of cytotoxic drugs, dangerous operations during the preparation of cytotoxic drugs, and the disposal of cytotoxic drugs in PIVAS group were all higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The protection awareness scores in terms of independent and safe dispensing cabinets, wearing masks and gloves, wearing protective clothing, strictly disinfecting hands after configuration, access and sealing registration of drugs, cleaning and disinfection of countertop after configuration, and cleaning of protective clothing in PIVAS group were all higher than those in control group (P<0.05). There were differences in scores of cytotoxic drug knowledge reserve and protection awareness among PIVAS dispensers with different age, years of service and educational background (P<0.05). Conclusion The protection awareness of cytotoxic drugs and mastery of protection related knowledge in PIVAS dispensers are better than those in dispensers of oncology department, whose protection protection is stronger. However, there are still some PIVAS dispensers with insufficient protection awareness and knowledge reserve. The training of cytotoxic drugs-related knowledge need to be strengthened to ensure the life safety of dispensers. |
