Abstract: A total of 171179 noise-exposed workers in Hubei Province were selected as the research objects. The detection rate of occupational contraindication was 4.87%, and the detection rate of suspected noise deafness was 0.33%, and the detection rate of high frequency hearing loss was 10.20%. The detection rates of occupational contraindications, suspected occupational diseases and high-frequency hearing loss in small scale and non-metallic mining industry were the highest. The number of detected occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases was the largest in the non-metallic mining industry. The number of workers of detected high-frequency hearing loss was the largest in the automobile manufacturing industry. We should pay more attention to noise-exposed workers in small and non-metallic mining and non-metallic mineral products industry. It’s necessary to strengthen occupational health supervision, and carry out early intervention of target population. |
