摘 要: 通过对集装箱码头噪声危害调查和检测,为集装箱码头的噪声危害治理与防控提供依据。方法 依据《工作场所物理因素测量第8部分:噪声》,职业卫生调查与现场检测结合,采用CEL-633噪声频谱分析仪测量作业现场环境,CEL-352个人噪声剂量计测量个体噪声声压级,依据国家批准评价是否超标接触并评估噪声作业级别。 结果 工作场所共检测115个点,噪声声压级68.3~113.8 dB[(A) 有56个点噪声声压级≥85 dB (A),占全部检测点的48.7%,其中叉车驾驶室、维修作业打磨、切割作业和公用工程空压机、风机、泵等噪声≥85 dB (A) 的检测点数分别占到相应检测点的88.2%、78.9%;共检测96个个体噪声,噪声声压级68.3~96.9 dB(A),≥85 dB (A) 的有41个(占35.7%)。 结论 集装箱码头噪声危害严重,需采取隔声降噪工程控制、加强个体防护和职业卫生管理措施等防控该行业的噪声危害 |

Abstract: To investigate the noise hazard in container terminal workers, thereby provide evidence for prevention and control of noise. Methods The CEL-633 noise spectrum analyzer was used for measuring field environment, and the individual noise intensity was measured with personal noise dosimeter. The results were assessed according to the national occupational health standards. Results 115 points of work places in total were measured, the noise intensities were 68.3~113.8 dB(A),the intensities of 48.7% points were over 85 dB(A) ;96 workers’ personal noise intensities were measured, among them,35.7% exceeded the national occupational exposure limits. |
