摘 要: 目的 调查辽宁省一般人群血和尿中钴、钼水平,分析其人群分布特点。方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2009—2010年在辽宁省东、中、西部三个地区抽取2105名对象进行问卷调查,并采集了血液和尿液样品。用电感耦合等离子质谱法对血样和尿样进行钴、钼含量的检测,通过统计分析研究一般人群血液中钴、钼的分布水平。结果 辽宁一般人群血液中钴、钼几何平均水平为0.153μg/L 和0.38μg/L,尿中水平为0.516μg/L 和23.88μg/L,在不同年龄和区域特征中差异均有统计学意义。结论 辽宁省一般人群血液和尿中钴和钼水平在不同年龄和区域特征中均存在差异。 |

Abstract: Objective To understand the cobalt and molybdenum levels in blood and urine among general population in Liaoning province and their distribution features. Methods 2105 persons from 3 cities located at the eastern, central and western regions of Liaoning province were recruited as study subjects with cluster random sampling method from 2009 to 2010. The general information was collected by questionnaire investigation, their blood and urine samples were also collected. The cobalt and molybdenum levels in blood and urine were detected by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and their distribution characteristics were also analyzed by statistics method. Results It was showed that the blood geometric means (GMs) of cobalt and molybdenum among the general population of Liaoning province was 0.153μg/L and 0.38μg/L, respectively, and the urine GMs of cobalt and molybdenum was 0.516μg/L and 23.88μg/L, respectively. Conclusion The results suggested that there were some differences existed among in blood and urine levels of cobalt and molybdenum among the populations with different ages or from different regions in Liaoning province. |
