摘 要: 邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,(dimethyl phthalate,DMP)常作为增塑剂使用,在日常生活及工业生产中十分广泛,DMP进入大气、土壤、河流中,严重污染环境。我国尚未建立标准检测方法及职业接触限值。本文从DMP理化性质、代谢、用途、毒性作用及风险评估、测定方法等六个方面进行归纳与总结,为DMP标准化检测方法及职业接触限值制定提供参考依据。 |

Abstract: Dimethyl phthalate (dimethyl phthalate,DMP) was commonly used as plasticizer,which is widely used in daily life and industrial production. DMP entered into the atmosphere, soil and river and seriously polluting the environment. There was no established standard detection methods and occupational exposure limits. This article illustrated six aspects including DMP physical and metabolism, toxicity of metabolism, purpose, toxic effect, risk assessment and detection methods. It could provide basis for standard detection methods and occupational exposure limit of DMP formulated to provide the reference basis. |
