摘 要: 肺纤维化是一种由多种因素引起的慢性肺部疾病, 发病机制不明, 以传统抗纤维化药物治疗为主, 但疗效甚微。 双氢青蒿素是青蒿素的一种重要衍生物, 具有抗炎、 抗真菌、 免疫调节、 抑制细胞增殖和抗纤维化的作用。近年来双氢青蒿素的抗纤维化作用已成为研究热点, 现就双氢青蒿素干预肺纤维化可能的作用机制加以综述。 |

Abstract: Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic lung disease caused by many factors. The pathogenesis is unknown yet, the treatment is mainly based on traditional antifibrotic drugs, but only have little effect. Dihydroartemisinin is an important derivative of artemisinin, which has anti⁃inflammatory, anti⁃fungal and immunomodulatory effects, additionally, it also shows cell proliferation⁃inhibiting and anti⁃fibrosis effects. In recent years, the anti⁃fibrotic effect of dihydroartemisinin has gradually become a research hotspot, this paper will give a brief review on the possible mechanism of the intervention to pulmonary fibrosis. |
