摘 要: 目的了解天然气田作业人员心理资本水平,探讨其对工作满意感的影响。方法采用整群抽样方法,于2018年10月对某天然气田1930名作业人员进行心理资本、工作满意感等问卷调查;并采用t检验、单因素方差分析或Mann-Whitney U检验、Kruskal-Wallis H检验以及Logistic回归分析进行统计学分析。结果心理资本评分为103.08±13.31。男性、大学及以上文化程度、吸烟和正常班作业人群的心理资本水平高于对应的相应组别(P均<0.05),而工龄、饮酒和婚姻状况对心理资本未见影响。Logistic回归分析显示,除部门、作业班制外,心理资本(OR=2.725,95%CI 2.189〜3.392)也是工作满意感的影响因素;其中,自我效能(OR=1.446,95%CI 1.111〜1.882)、希望(OR=2.221,95%CI 1.695〜2.912)、乐观(OR=1.530,95%CI1.199〜1.954)对工作满意感有影响,希望(OR=2.197,95%CI 1.681〜2.871)和乐观(OR=1.608,95%CI 1.266〜2.042)对工作本身满意感有影响,而自我效能(OR=1.459,95%CI 1.112〜1.914)、希望(OR=1.983,95%CI 1.497〜2.627)、乐观(OR=1.597,95%CI 1.238〜2.060)对工作组织满意感有影响。结论天然气田作业人员具有较高的心理资本水平,有助于工作满意感的提升。 |

Abstract: Objective To explore the psychological capital level of gas field workers and its effect on job satisfaction.Methods A cluster sampling survey of psychological capital,job satisfaction was conducted on 1930 natural gas field workers by questionnaire in October,2018.Furthermore the statistical analysis was executed by t tests,one-way ANOVA,Mann-Whitney U tests,Kruskal-Wallis H tests and Logistic regression analysis.Results The score of psychological capital was 103.08±13.31.The scores of psychological capital for men,those with university education,smoking and non-shift workers were higher than that of the corresponding control group(all P<0.05),while the length of service,drinking or not and marital status had no effect on psychological capital.In addition to factory departments and shift-work,the Logistic regression analysis results showed that psychological capital(OR=2.725,95%CI 2.189一3.392)was a factor that affects job satisfaction,and self-efficacy(OR= 1.446,95%CI 1.111—1.882),hope(OR=2.221,95%CI 1.695—2.912),optimistic(OR=1.530,95%CI 1.199—1.954)affected job satisfaction,hope(OR=2.197,95%CI 1.681—2.871)and optimistic(OR=1.608,95%CI 1.266—2.042)affected job itself satisfaction,and self-efficacy(OR=1.459,95%CI 1.112—1.914),hope(OR=1.983,95%CI 1.497—2.627),optimistic(OR=1.597,95%CI 1.238—2.060)affected job organization satisfaction.Conclusion Natural gas field workers had a high level of psychological capital. A high level of psychological capital helped to improve job satisfaction. |
