摘 要: 目的 探讨外周血CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B细胞亚群在煤工尘肺(CWP)壹期中表达水平的变化及临床意义。方法 采用流式细胞技术检测150例CWP壹期患者(CWP组)、50名与CWP组相同接尘条件的健康井下接尘矿工(接尘组)及50例井上健康体检人员(对照组)外周血CD19+CD24hiCD38hiB细胞亚群水平。结果 与接尘组比较,CWP组患者外周血CD19+CD24hiCD38- B细胞水平降低,CD19+CD24intCD38int、CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B细胞水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,CWP组患者外周血CD19+CD24hiCD38- B细胞水平降低,CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B细胞水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);接尘组人群外周血CD19+CD24intCD38int、CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B细胞水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CWP组岩尘亚组患者外周血CD19+CD24intCD38int、CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B细胞水平高于煤尘亚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 外周血CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B细胞亚群水平变化可能与CWP患者肺部损伤程度有关,并参与CWP壹期发生发展过程。 |

Abstract: Objective To explore the level change of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cell subsets in peripheral blood of the patients with stage I of coal workers' pneumoconiosis (CWP),and its significance. Methods The levels of peripheral blood CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cell subsets were determined in 150 patients with stage I of CWP (CWP group),50 healthy underground miners with similar dust exposure history(dust exposure group)and 50 ground workers without dust exposure history(control group)by flow cytometer. Results The results showed that the of CD19+CD24hiCD38- B cells was reduced,the CD19+CD24intCD38int and CD19+CD24hi CD38hi B cells were significantly rised in CWP group compared with dust exposure group(P<0.05);while compared with control group,the level of CD19+CD24hiCD38- B cells was also reduced and CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cells level in was rised as well in peripheral blood of CWP group. Meanwhile,the levels of peripheral blood CD19+CD24intCD38int and CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cells were all lowed in dust exposure group(P<0.05),and its levels of peripheral blood CD19+CD24intCD38int and CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cells were rised in silicon dusts exposed subgroup than those in coal dusts exposed subgroup(P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggested that the changes of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cell subsets in peripheral blood may be related to theⅠdegree of lung injury in CWP patients,which may also be involved in the development process at the early stage of CWP . |
