摘 要: 手臂振动病(hand-arm vibrotactile disease,HAVD)是长期频繁接触手传振动而导致的上肢神经和血管损伤性疾病,伴温度觉和振动觉减退,随着振动暴露时间的延长常呈不可逆发展。指端振动觉阈值(vibrotactile perception threshold,VPT)可定量地判断作业人员的触觉灵敏度,常作为HAVD的辅助诊断指标。本文就国内外指端VPT的研究进展、影响因素、局限性进行综述,为今后指端VPT在HAVD中的应用提供参考依据。 |

Abstract: Hand-arm vibration disease(HAVD)is a neurological and vascular injury disease of the upper limbs caused by long-term and frequent exposure to hand transmitted vibrations accompanied by decreased temperature and vibration sensation,which often developed irreversibly with prolonged vibration exposure. Vibrotactile perception threshold(VPT)can quantitatively determine the tactile sensitivity of workers and is often used as an auxiliary diagnosis indicator of HAVD. This paper reviews the research progress,influencing factors and limitations of VPT at home and abroad,then providing a reference for the future application of finger-end VPT in HAVD. |
